New patients can call our office directly at (956) 525-7817. If you were referred by your primary care provider or a specialist, let us know — we'll coordinate with their office to get your records and referral on file before you arrive.
Call (956) 525-7817, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our front desk will gather some basic information and find a time that works for you.
If your insurance requires a referral, we'll help make sure it's in place, along with any recent labs, imaging, or hospital discharge paperwork.
Arrive a few minutes early with your ID, insurance card, and medication list. You'll meet your care team and leave with a clear plan.
We accept many major health insurance plans, including Humana, Medicare Advantage, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Plans accepted can change and vary by provider, so please call our office at (956) 525-7817 to confirm we're in-network with your plan before your visit.
Our billing team can answer questions about copays, coverage for infusion therapy, and payment options.
If you're coming for infusion therapy, plan for the length of your treatment — infusion visits can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours depending on your medication. You'll be seated in a comfortable recliner, and our nursing staff will monitor you throughout.
